Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development and Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving our external-facing initiatives including client acquisition, marketing strategy, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and the blockchain or fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Lead client acquisition efforts, including outreach, negotiations, marketing strategies, and promotion of the Safe Harbor Constitution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

Client Outreach and Engagement

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into customers.
  • Manage the client onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Skylock‚Äôs solutions.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.)
  • Develop marketing materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and website content.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Collaborate with the technical team to align business development and marketing efforts with product development.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the DeFi space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing platforms, and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Established network within the blockchain and fintech communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
