Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development and Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving our external-facing initiatives including client acquisition, marketing strategy, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and the blockchain or fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Lead client acquisition efforts, including outreach, negotiations, marketing strategies, and promotion of the Safe Harbor Constitution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Client Outreach and Engagement
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Manage the client onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Skylock’s solutions.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.)
- Develop marketing materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and website content.
Metrics and Reporting
- Collaborate with the technical team to align business development and marketing efforts with product development.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the DeFi space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing platforms, and project management software.
