Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in leading the development of our core products, maintaining the quality and deployability of our codebase, and ensuring system uptime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in the blockchain or fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Codebase Management

• Lead the development and maintenance of our core products.
• Implement and enforce best practices in coding, code reviews, and testing.
• Manage technical debt and ensure the codebase remains clean and efficient.

System Reliability

• Ensure high system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. ‍

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in the blockchain or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain.
• Knowledge of smart contract development and security best practices.
